Performance Management

Performance management system at our company is built around the objectives and competencies with a view to make our employees develop and make use of their potentials as much as possible.

Performance assessment results constitute an input for the other human resources functions such as Training and Development, Career Development and Salary Management to that end.

In performance management the objectives will be set in accordance with the basic strategies of our company. The employees and executives will mutually reach an agreement as to business objectives in order to measure the job performance in line with these objectives. The competencies which the employees need in order to achieve the objectives set will be determined and the management will provide feedback on those subjects.

Both the adaptation to the corporate values and the job performance of the employees will be taken into consideration in the process of performance assessment.
